      Paula offers 25 years of mortgage banking experience, which we feel is quite valuable, and just this past year celebrated her 20th year here with us at Schaefer Mortgage giving her the most tenure amongst the Licensed Mortgage Originators with the exception of Ken Schaefer himself!!    Her knowledge and integrity coupled with her compassionate nature keeps her customers coming back to her as their mortgage needs change and/or family members grow to a  new generation of homeowners.   

Prior to Mortgage Lending, Paula was a Paralegal at Wiggin & Nourie Law Firm in Manchester, NH.   Cooped at Ropes and Gray Office Law Office  in Boston, MA while attending/grad Burdette School of Boston.

Paula has lived in the Concord area for 21 years.  She and her husband have three children.  In her spare time she likes to spend time with family and friends.

Paula naturally does a lot her business in and around the  Greater Concord area where she has been a long time affiliate member of the Concord Board of Realtors, but her referrals can and do lead her anywhere in the state of New Hampshire!
