The mortgage market today is difficult, no matter what your credit score, income or assets. The relaxed underwriting standards of the last decade coupled with the development of what can onle be described as "stupid products", nearly took down the global economic system as we know it.

The consequences are that underwriting standards today are very tight, with every "i" needing to be dotted and every "t" crossed.

My job is to guide my clients through the process in a smooth and relatively stress free manner.
